Featured Pattern: A Sweet as Pie Party Dress!

Isn't this summer dress pattern so sweet? I just love the gingham insets on that pink version - and look at the little bow in the back! Snatch it up at ZipZapKap - it's in a bust 34". This would be so fun to wear to a backyard barbeque or out to an al fresco lunch, don't you think?

I've got sweets on the brain this 4th of July. Jeff is baking up a celebratory apple pie for us! I'll be back with regular posting tomorrow; I've got a series of posts on draping planned that I'm very excited about. In the meantime, I hope you're enjoying a fabulous Sunday!

  1. I was just looking at V1102 and thinking that I love the back neckline ribbon but not too keen on the circle skirt at the Empire waistline.

    This is seriously cute!

  2. It is sweet, especially in pink gingham. Hope everyone is having a great 4th-well, the US readers are having a holiday-and staying safe. True confessions: I am feeling quite fluffy lately and even looking at vintage patterns depresses me).
